These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of Risk Radar on monday.com, developed and maintained by TypeSwitch.
By installing or using Risk Radar, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
1. License
You are granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use Risk Radar within your monday.com account solely for internal business purposes.
2. Usage Requirements
Risk Radar is a monday.com app used to assess execution risk per item.
The app does not require or transmit any personal user data outside of monday.com.
All data saved via Risk Radar (dropdown selections, updates) resides within your monday.com workspace.
3. Limitations
You may not:
Reverse engineer or decompile the app
Use the app for illegal or unauthorized purposes
Copy or redistribute any part of the app for commercial use without written consent
4. Support
Support is offered via email at riskradar@typeswitch.net. We aim to respond within 48 hours on business days.
5. Termination
You may uninstall Risk Radar at any time via monday.com. Work Platform | Made For Work, Designed To Love . We may suspend or terminate access to the app if you violate these Terms.
6. Disclaimer
Risk Radar is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee uninterrupted operation or fitness for a specific purpose.
